NEW DELHI: Rahul Gandhi's Aikido moves made a sprinkle via web-based networking media today, days after a fold over "Pidi Gandhi" - the pet that the Congress Vice President joked was tweeting from his handle @officeofRG.
In a tweet shared by Congress and on-screen character turned-legislator Divya Spandana, the 47-year-old is seen in different Aikido positions with a Sensei, Paritos Kar. The tweet affirms what he had imparted to a crowd of people a week ago, reacting to an inquiry by Olympian Vijender Singh.
"I am a dark belt in Aikido - have you known about it? Be that as it may, I don't discuss it openly. I do one hour of games each day, however I concede I haven't been doing much in the previous three-four months," Mr Gandhi said at a business occasion, when Vijender remarked that legislators once in a while advanced or partook in sports.
