Narendra Modi lands in Gwalior to go to top-level police meeting today; cross-fringe fear mongering on motivation



PM Narendra Modi touched base in Gwalior on Sunday to go to a two-day top-level police gathering, beginning today, at the Border Security Force (BSF) Academy at Tekanpur, as per media reports.

Modi later tweeted about his landing in the yearly meeting of DGPs and IGPs the nation over.

An official discharge said that the "Yearly Conference of Director General of Police and Inspector General of Police of states" is an occasion where top cops share and talk about security related issues.

The head administrator had before tended to the gathering in Guwahati in 2014, Gujarat's Rann of Kutch in 2015 and at the National Police Academy in Hyderabad in 2016.
